Cancellation & Refund

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Canvas Labs’ paid products and subscriptions, operated by Isometry AI Private Limited (“Canvas Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Some products are offered under their own terms; where a product publishes its own cancellation or refund terms, those terms apply to that product.

Trials

Where a product offers a free trial, no charge is made during the trial, and no credit card is required to start. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, the account simply becomes inactive at the end of the trial. Trial length and conditions are set out in each product’s terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time, with no penalty, by emailing support@canvasx.ai from your registered address. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

Refunds

• New subscribers have a 7-day refund window from the date of the first charge.
• We also issue refunds for clear billing errors, such as duplicate charges.
• Product-specific items, such as prepaid credits, may be non-refundable where stated in that product’s terms.

To request a refund, email support@canvasx.ai with your account email and the charge in question.

Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation, workspace and account data is retained for 90 days so you can reactivate or export it, after which it is permanently deleted, except where we are legally required to keep it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Self-Hosted & Open-Source Option

Some Canvas Labs products are open source and free to self-host. For example, Sketch is MIT licensed and available at github.com/canvasxai/sketch, with no subscription required when you run it yourself.
